By accessing and using the Eurika utility suite ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Eurika provides free, client-side browser tools, including a custom QR Code Generator. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal and commercial use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Specifically, you agree not to use the QR Code Generator to:

  • Create links to malicious software, malware, or phishing websites.
  • Promote illegal activities or distribute unlawful material.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to ensure our tools (like the QR Generator) produce valid, standard-compliant outputs, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

Important: Always test your generated QR codes before printing them on large-scale physical media or product packaging.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eurika, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. External Links and Advertisements

The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us, as well as advertisements served by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdSense). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
